1. Our Commitment
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and experiences with Simple Healing: Spirit, Soul & Body LLC. Because we offer different types of products and services, including handmade and small-batch products, books, educational materials, digital products, and services, refund eligibility may vary depending on what was purchased.
2. Herbal, Wellness, Food & Personal-Care Products
For health, safety, and quality reasons, opened or used herbal products, teas, food products, personal-care products, and similar items generally cannot be returned or resold.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at simplehealingssb@gmail.com. We may request photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
When Simple Healing: Spirit, Soul & Body LLC is responsible for an incorrect or damaged item, we will work with you toward an appropriate replacement, refund, or other reasonable resolution.
3. Unopened Physical Products
Requests to return an unopened and unused physical product will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Please contact us before returning any item. Products returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.
Unless the return is due to an error by Simple Healing: Spirit, Soul & Body LLC, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Books
Books purchased directly from Simple Healing: Spirit, Soul & Body LLC that arrive damaged or incorrect should be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible.
Books purchased through Amazon or another third-party retailer are subject to that retailer's return and refund policies and should generally be handled through the retailer where the purchase was made.
5. Digital Products & Educational Materials
Because digital products and downloadable materials can generally be accessed immediately after purchase, they are normally nonrefundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical problem accessing something you purchased directly from us, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
6. Services, Appointments, Classes & Events
Refunds or credits for counseling or coaching sessions, classes, workshops, gatherings, speaking-related services, or other scheduled services may depend on the specific circumstances and any cancellation terms communicated when the service or event was booked.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Payments may be refundable, transferable, credited, or nonrefundable depending on the service, timing of cancellation, expenses already incurred, and terms provided at registration or booking.
7. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the refund results from an error by Simple Healing: Spirit, Soul & Body LLC or otherwise required by applicable law.
Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided by the customer.
