Faith-Based Healing for Spirit, Soul & Body
At Simple Healing: Spirit, Soul & Body, we provide faith-based trauma counseling, holistic wellness guidance, and all-natural, locally crafted products designed to support true healing—spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
Founded by Pamela Richards-Woodall and her husband Gary, Simple Healing was born out of a personal journey through trauma, loss, and restoration. Having walked the long road from deep wounding to renewed life, we now walk beside others who are seeking hope, clarity, and lasting healing.
Our work is grounded in both biblical truth and God’s natural design for the body. Through trauma-informed counseling, herbal remedies, spiritual life coaching, and online healing courses, we offer practical tools to help individuals and families reconnect with safety, purpose, and wholeness.
We believe healing is not just about surviving—it is about being restored to who you were created to be.
“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”
— 3 John 1:2

Journey to Healing

Our Story. Our Heart.
Simple Healing: Spirit, Soul & Body is a Christian-based organization in Somerset, Kentucky, offering life directional coaching and herbal products for holistic well-being. Our focus is on trauma recovery through personalized care in a serene environment.
Simple Healing: Spirit, Soul & Body grew from our own journey through brokenness, restoration, faith, and hope. We are Pamela and Gary Richards Woodall—a husband-and-wife team who believe that healing reaches every part of who we are: spirit, soul, and body.
Our experiences have given us a heart for people who are hurting, weary, or simply searching for a healthier way forward. Through faith-based support, holistic wellness, education, books, and natural products, we hope to create a welcoming place where people feel seen, encouraged, and equipped for their own journey.
We don't offer perfection. We offer what we've learned along the way—and the hope that healing is possible.
